Silver Rockstars

• Has maintained Bronze Rockstar status for 60 days

• Has maintained attendance for 60 days (no unexcused time away)

• Has learned a second “job”

• Has successfully completed Cleaning 101 exam

• Consistently demonstrates our core values to internal and external customers

Silver Rockstar Rewards:

• Silver Rockstar Certification

• $0.25/hour pay increase

Gold Rockstars

• Has maintained Silver Rockstar status for 90 days

• Has maintained attendance for 90 days (no unexcused time away)

• Has mastered assigned tasks

• Has successfully completed the Custodial Technician Basic Exam

• Consistently demonstrates our core values to internal and external customers

Gold Rockstar Rewards:

• Gold Rockstar Certification

• Eligible for Six (6) Company Paid Holidays

• One (1) Company Uniform Shirt

Platinum Rockstars

• Has maintained Gold Rockstar status for 90 days

• Has maintained attendance for 90 days (no unexcused time away)

• Has mastered assigned tasks and trained at least one (1) Rockstar in Training

• Has successfully completed a company sponsored training program/exam

• Consistently demonstrates our core values to internal and external customers

Platinum Rockstar Rewards:

• Platinum Rockstar Certification

• Company Sweatshirt

• Recognition Trophy

• $0.25/hour pay increase

Bronze Rockstars

• Has successfully completed Rockstar in Training status

• 30-day introductory period complete

• No unexcused absences or tardies/leave earlies

• Knowledge of assigned tasks

• Consistently demonstrates our core values to internal and external customers

• Successful completion of onboarding trainings

Bronze Rockstar Rewards:

Diamond Rockstars

• Has maintained Platinum Rockstar status for 90 days

• Has maintained attendance for 90 days (no unexcused time away)

• Has mastered assigned tasks and trained at least three (3) Rockstars in Training per month

• Has cleaned at an additional customer location

• Has successfully completed the Custodial & Maintenance Supervision Exam

• Has observed/evaluated “mastery” of at least three (3) Silver and Gold Rockstars

• Consistently demonstrates our core values to internal and external customers

Diamond Rockstar Rewards:

• Diamond Rockstar Certification

• Eligible for 16 Hours PTO
