Mary Calverley is the CEO of Facility Concierge Services. She has a passion to provide her clients with the highest level of service, expertise, and professionalism.
Mary possesses more than 25 years of professional Asset Management experience in the commercial office market throughout the Northeast, managing in excess of 50-million square feet of office space. She has been focused on the Central Pennsylvania commercial office market for the past 20 years.
Mary has a passion for customer service, which is why she founded Facility Concierge Services. She strives to set her company apart from its competition by offering the best quality service. She brings skill, experience, and professionalism to every account they serve, ensuring that the buildings needs are their highest concern.
Mary implements the day-to-day policies, procedures and programs in order to assure a well-managed, well-maintained building, placing maximum emphasis on responses from concerns and needs of the tenants, environmental health and safety, and quality programs in coordination with that business owner’s goals and objectives for the properties.
